I was looking back at the Spring 2009 shows and noticed the prevalence of pink dresses on the runway. The lovely 60 degree Bay Area weather makes me want to throw on a pink dress right about now. Winter is fading and it’s about time to introduce some color into our wardrobes! And what could be sexier on Valentines day than a cropped pink confection atop two ladylike stems?

You always gotta take what Mary Kate Olsen wears with a grain of salt. Sure, she’s got her fair share of absolute haters and die-hard lovers, but sometimes the girl’s onto something. Case in point: Lennon glasses. Ever since the spring 2009 shows, we’ve seen a resurgence of round shaped glasses. Gone are the oversized bug-eye shapes (although Miss Lauren Conrad missed that memo) and in are the vintage and round. Well, we took a hint from Proenza and Ralph and have unearthed some original vintage styles that inspired the look!
